Performance Test of Solar Power Plant as a Source of Electricity in Mini Greenhouse

Abstract The potential of solar energy in an area is very dependent on the position between sun and region earth’s surface. This study aims to test performance panels as a source mini greenhouse determine how long it takes charge battery. research was conducted at Laboratory Agricultural Equipment Machinery Production Management, Faculty Technology, Andalas University. result this system consist 2 type monocrystalline 100 Wp, Solar Charge Controller MPPT type, Inverter, Accu VRLA, cable, switch. Power generation results Sun produce outputs or output, i.e. tension strength current. Tension strong generated current fluctuate. thing caused no stable intensity moment testing field done. From use burden lamp 20 watts obtained voltage starting 12.87 V. charging who have 8 hours 13V.
